SOUND LIBRARY END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
All Recordings are provided under a royalty-free license. Purchasing a sound library does not transfer ownership of the audio content. Instead, it grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Recordings.
After purchase, the licensee may use the Recordings without time limits and in an unlimited number of personal, professional or commercial projects, provided that all terms of this agreement are respected.
The sound libraries are digital products available by download only.
By purchasing, downloading or using the Recordings, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.
PERMITTED USES
The user is allowed to use the Recordings as part of an audio, video or multimedia production.
The Recordings may be edited, synchronized, processed, duplicated and distributed within finished productions, including but not limited to films, short films, documentaries, TV series, commercials, trailers, animations, video games, podcasts, audiobooks, web content, multimedia presentations, DVDs, Blu-rays, CD-ROMs, digital files or any other release format.
The Recordings may also be used in productions intended for public screening, television or radio broadcast, online distribution, cinema release, commercial use or other professional media channels, as long as the sounds are incorporated and synchronized within a finished product.
FREE SOUND LIBRARIES
Any free sound libraries may be used freely in your own projects. Giving credit is not mandatory, but it is always greatly appreciated.
LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
The user may not claim authorship, ownership or original creation of any of the Recordings.
The user is not allowed to sell, resell, share, give away, lend, distribute, upload online, sublicense or make the Recordings available to third parties in isolated, original, unsynchronized form or as individual audio files.
It is strictly prohibited to provide direct access to the Recordings through private networks, public platforms, cloud services, online archives, websites, sound databases or any other distribution system that would allow other users to download, copy or reuse the audio files separately from a finished production.
This license is valid for a single user only. Companies, studios, teams or organizations with two or more users must request a multi-user license.

All audio demos available on this website are protected by copyright and are provided for demonstration purposes only, allowing users to listen to and evaluate the sound libraries.
The audio demos, and any sounds contained within them, may not be copied, downloaded, used, modified or distributed for any purpose other than auditioning the product.

All sound files included in this library have been named according to the Universal Category System (UCS), a professional naming standard widely used throughout the sound effects industry.
